• Deliver relationship-based nursing care using the nursing process to assist patients in achieving optimal health status.
• Implement technical skills in care delivery to ensure safe practice and positive outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to optimize care and clinical operations.
• Develop self and contribute to the professional practice of nursing.
• Exhibit leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.Additional Duties

  • Comply with all policies and standards.
  • Refer to department documentation for specific duties and responsibilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Protected Health Information (PHI) guidelines.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing (Required).
    • Knowledge of nursing process and practice (Required proficiency).
    • Proficiency in using technical equipment to meet patient needs (Required proficiency).Licenses and Certifications
      • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Multi-State Compact License (Required).
      • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
      • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications may be required based on clinical area standards.Physical Demands
        • Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
        • Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
        • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.Travel Requirements
          • Up to 10% travel may be required.
