Job Description:

Summary: Provide safe and efficient nursing care to patients and families, utilizing the nursing process to promote optimal health status.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, implementing the nursing process, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes. You will also be expected to develop your skills and contribute to the professional practice of nursing, while displaying leadership and influencing clinical and operational outcomes.

• Demonstrating technical skills in care delivery to ensure safe practice and positive care outcomes
  
• Communicating clearly and collaborating effectively to optimize patient care and clinical operations

• Displaying leadership to influence optimal clinical and operational outcomes

  • Developing and maintaining Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients
    
    
    Requirements:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
      
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
      
    • Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi-State Compact License (Required)
      
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
      
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (May be required based on clinical area standards)
